Spend your days hiking, boating, fishing, skiing, snowmobiling, or spotting wildlife, then return home to soak in the hot tub, unwind in the sauna, challenge each other in the game room, or gather around the fire with the people who matter most. Every detail has been carefully curated to help your family disconnect from the everyday and reconnect with each other—creating memories that will last long after your vacation ends.

Guest access
We want you to feel completely at home during your stay.

Guests will have full access to the entire property, including all living spaces, bedrooms, and amenities. That means you’re free to enjoy everything—from relaxing in the hot tub and sauna to spending time in the game rooms, loft, and outdoor deck.

We offer self check-in with smart locks and a smart garage door opener so you can arrive on your own schedule and settle in comfortably. Access information will be provided to guests prior to the stay.

The only areas not accessible to guests are a few locked owner/storage closets.

Other things to note
Please note, we do ask all guests to sign a rental agreement that will be provided after booking. Like most mountain homes, our home does not have AC. For the warmer summer months, each bedroom has a fan and can be cooled down with open windows and the evening breeze. The basement bunk room does have doors that access both the garage game room and the outdoor area near the hot tub.

For safety and liability purposes, there is a Ring doorbell at the front door and a Smart garage door opened with camera on the garage. Both are always on and recording when motion or noise is detected.

Our family has always felt most at home in the Colorado mountains. Whether we're hiking, skiing, exploring, or simply enjoying the outdoors, these mountains are where some of our favorite memories have been made.

When we found Mountain Magic, we knew it was something special. We purchased this home to create a place where our family could slow down, disconnect from the busyness of everyday life, and spend meaningful time together. It quickly became our favorite escape, and we wanted to share that experience with other families looking to do the same.

One of our favorite ways to start and end the day is on the deck with a cup of coffee in the morning or a cocktail by the fire table in the evening while taking in the mountain views. Our kids can almost always be found in the bunk room and game room.
